Important Updates

The staff and students at Abbie school want to send a big shout out of gratitude to the Neurodiversity Division of TUS2 Amazon for the AMAZING U-Haul Van full of hundreds of boxes of donated items that included notebooks, backpacks, pokemon balls, fidget toys microscopes, puzzles, books, crayons, markers and electronics.
Included with the supplies was an impressive mural of Superheroes designed by artist Scott Szabados, a Neurodivergent employee at Amazon. Scott put his talent on expo to help reframe awareness for Neurodiversity and depression.
Scott is a comic book artist, graphic designer and art instructor. To see more of Scott’s work, visit https://sszabados210.wixsite.com/scottzillustrations/ about or follow him on Instagram at CybernettaComicBook.
We also want to give a special thank you to Holly Lopez, Area Fulfillment Manager, TUS2 Amazon Fulfilment Center.
Amazon is proud to have individuals with Autism claim strong roles in our culture, and we at Abbie School are beyond grateful and blessed to be the recipient of such kind and generous employees.
